Black pepper (12 pieces)
Fennel Seed (1 Tbsp)
chilli peppers (6 )
Clove ( 6 )
Cardamom ( 5 )
Coriander (1 tbsp)
Cumin (1 Tbsp)
Rice (half kg)
Bay leaf (3 numbers)
Turmeric powder (1 Tbsp)
Red chilli powder (1 Tbsp)
Cooking oil (6 Tbsp)
Onion (1 large size)
Ginger garlic paste (1 Tbsp)
Curd (half cup)
Salt (to taste)
Green peppers .
Green coriander .
Mint
Particle colour (1 tsp)
Instructions
- First, wash the fish well.
- Now put it in a vessel and add one spoon of cumin powder, one spoon of ginger, garlic.
- paste, one spoon of turmeric powder, one spoon of red chilli powder, half spoon of blackpepper powder, one spoon of fenugreek leaves, one cup of curd and salt. You can add according to your taste, now mix them all well and then leave it for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, fry the fish on medium heat and then take it out on a plate.
- Now take open water in a pot and boil half a kilo of rice.
- Now take a bowl, add 5 cinnamon's, 12 black peppers, one spoon of fennel, 6 cloves of red.pepper, five cardamoms, one spoon of coriander, one spoon of white cumin and three bay leaves and grind them all.
- After grinding, take it out of the same bowl, now add one spoon of turmeric and one spoon of red chilli powder and mix well.
- Now take six spoons of cooking oil into a pot and add a finely chopped onion to it and fry it.
- Now add one spoon of ginger garlic paste to it and mix well.
- Now add the ground spices to it and add half a cup of curd and mix well and fry it like that for 3 to 4 minutes. And now down it from the stove.
- Now spread a spoonful of cooking oil on a vessel and add half of the boiled rice to it.
- Now spread half of the fried spices on top of this rice and place 3 to 4 pieces of fried fish on it.
- After that, apply another lear of rice in this way.
- Now sprinkle the finely chopped green chilies, mint and green coriander on top of the last of rice and, at the same time, dissolve the powdered colour in water and drop it on the rice atintervals.
- After ten minutes, now down it from the stove and mix.
- Our Fish Pulao is ready, put it on a plate and enjoy it.
