It doesn't quite feel like summer time until I'm sipping on one of these Summer Healthy Drinks and feeling refreshed! In this article, I'll share some of my favourite recipes to help you make the most out of this season. Five Drinks with Healthful Smoothie Combination
If you're looking for a healthful way to cool down on a steamy summer's day, smoothies are the way to go. The combinations of flavours and ingredients can be endless—it's just a matter of getting creative!
I love starting with a liquid base like milk, almond milk, or fruit juice and then adding my favourite healthy ingredients like fruits and veggies. Lucky for us, this also happens to be one of the easiest ways to get vitamins and minerals in our bodies.
Here are some of my favourite smoothie combinations that I make all summer long:
- Pear, mint leaves, lemon slice, sugar, 7up cold drink
- Green grapes, mint leaves, sugar powder, lemon slice
- Peach, mint leaves, sugar, lemon juice, lemon slice, 7up cold drink
- Sabudana, instant jelly, Thukme balagna, rose syrup, milk
- Banana, strawberry, honey, milk
#1. Pear Lemonade Recipe
Ingredients
Pear (2 large)
Mint leaves ( 4-5 )
Water (2 cups)
Sugar (1⁄2 cup)
Black salt (1 tsp)
Lemon slice (2-3 )
7up cold drink
Composition
- First, take two pears of medium size and after washing them, cut them into dice.
- Now take a pot, add two cups of water, cut pears, half a cup of sugar and one tablespoon of black salt and let it cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
- After that, close the stove and let it cool.
- Now after it cools down, blend it and then filter it and put it in a bottle.
- Now take a glass and add half a glass of pear juice and half a glass of 7up cold drink and a slice of lemon in it, mix it and enjoy the drink.

- First wash the grapes and mint leaves well.
- Now take a juicer jug, add three hundred and fifty grams of grapes, twelve mint leaves, two cups of water, one tablespoon of sugar powder and half a teaspoon of black salt to it and blend it for 2 minutes.
- Now put it in a glass and put a lemon slice in the glass and mix it.

- Take three peaches, after washing them well, remove their skins and put them in pieces in the juicer jug.
- Now add four mint leaves, two tablespoons of sugar, two tablespoons of lemon juice and half a teaspoon of black salt to the jug and grind it for 2 minutes.
- Now take a glass, mix half of peach juice and half of 7up bottle in it and add two ice cubes and lemon slice in the glass and enjoy the drink.

Ingredients
Hot water (2 cups)
Instant (1 pack)
Water (3 cups)
Sabudana (half cup)
Tukhme balanga (1 tbsp)
Rose syrup (half cup)
Milk. (3 cups)
Composition
- First of all, take two cups of hot water in a vessel and add a pellet of instant jelly to it and mix.
- Now let it cool down and then keep it in the fridge.
- Now take a pot, add half a cup of sabudana to two cups of water and let it cook for ten to fifteen minutes on medium heat.
- After that, it's move to the side.
- Now take a glass of water, add one tablespoon of tukhme balanga to it and soak it in the water for 5 minutes.
- Now take a jug, take two cups of milk and add half a cup of rose syrup to it and mix well.
- Now take a jug and add prepared milk sabudana, tokhme balanga and prepared jelly pieces in it and mix well.
- Now put it in a glass and add two to three ice cubes and enjoy the drink.
