#1 Restaurant Style Balushahi
Ingredients
Prepare sheera
- Water (1 & 1/2cup)
- Sugar (2 cups)
- Lemon juice (1tbsp)
Prepare balushahi
- Desi Ghee (1/3 cup)
- Yogurt (3 tbsp)
- Water (half cup)
- Baking soda (1 tbsp)
- Baking powder (3 cups)
- All Purpose Flour (3 cups)
Compositions
- Put one and a half cups of water and two cups of sugar in a sauce pan, mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- When the bubbles start forming, add a spoonful of lemon juice and mix well.
- Now take 1⁄3 cup of desi ghee in a pan and melt it well.
- Now take a vessel and add three tablespoons of curd, half a cup of water, baking soda tsp,
- Baking powder 1⁄2 tsp, melted oil and mix it well.
- After kneading, leave it for 5 minutes for marination.
- Now take a small dough and make it round and then press it in the middle with the help of thumb and make the rest in the same way.
- Now melt desi ghee in a pan and fry them all on medium heat for 20 minutes.
- After frying, dip them all in the prepared syrup.
- Take them out after soaking in sheeray for 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- Milk (3 cups)
- Corn flour (3 tbsp)
- Cocoa powder (2 tbsp)
- Sugar (half cup)
- Vanilla essence (1 tsp)
- Butter (2 tbsp)
- Dark chocolate (half cup)
- Cream (half cup)
- Tea time cakes (6)
- First, take a sauce pan, add three cups of milk, three spoons of corn flour, two spoons of cocoa powder, half a cup of sugar, vanilla essence, one tea spoon and two tablespoons of butter, now mix them all well. .
- Now, let it cook for three to four minutes on medium flame while stirring the spoon.
- Now add half a cup of dark chocolate and half a cup of cream and let it cook for another two minutes.

Ingredients

- Milk powder (1 tbsp)

- White bread (6 pcs)
- Malai (1 tbsp)
- Sugar powder (1 tsp)
- Milk powder (1 tbsp)
- Prepared mango pulp (1 tbsp)
Composition:
- First of all, take a mango, peel it and cut it into pieces and then blend it.
- After that, take it out in a bowl. blend
- Now take a jug, add two tablespoons of blended mango, one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of dry milk, one green cardamom and half a cup of milk and blend it.
- Take it out of a bowl and add some dried crushed fruit and keep it in the fridge for some time.
- Now take six pieces of fresh white cloth and cut them into a circle.
- Now take a bowl, add two tablespoons of milk mixture, one teaspoon of sugar powder, one tablespoon of dry milk and one tablespoon of prepared mango pulp in it and mix well.
