Prepare naan dough
All purpose of flour ( 2 cups )
Sugar ( 1 tsp
yeast ( 1 tsp )
Baking powder ( half tsp )
Salt ( 1 tsp )
Cooking oil ( 1 tbs )
Egg ( 1 )
Warm water ( 1 cup)
Warm milk ( half cup )
White Sesame ( 1 Tbs )

Cooking oil (3 Tbs )
Ginger chopped ( half tbs )
Red chili powder ( 1 tbs )
Turmeric powder ( 1 tbs )
Garlic powder ( 1 tbs )
Dried Coriander (1 tsp)
Salt (To taste)

Green Chili ( 1 TBS ) (chopped )
Green coriander ( half cup) (chopped )
Cheddar cheese ( half cup )
Mozzarella cheese ( half cup )
Instructions
- Add two cups of flour, one spoon of sugar, one spoon of yeast, half a spoon of baking powder, one spoon of salt, one spoon of cooking oil, and one egg in a bowl and mix all these things well.
- On the other hand, add a cup of warm water and half a cup of warm milk to a jug and mix well.
- Now knead the dough with this water and milk mixture. Keep kneading the dough until it softens.
- Now cover the dough well. And now leave it for 20 minutes.
- Now boil half a kilo of chicken with two cups of water in a pot for five to ten minutes on medium heat.
- Now put the boiled chicken in a separate vessel and let it cool. After it cools down, separate the chicken with the help of your hands.
- Now take three spoons of cooking oil, in a pot and add a finely chopped half spoon of ginger in it and mix well.
- Now add the shredded chicken to this pot and mix well.
- Now add one spoon of red chili powder, one spoon of turmeric powder, one spoon of garlic powder, one spoon of dried coriander, half a spoon of hot spices and salt according to your taste. Now, mix all these things well and with three, let it cook for four minutes.
- Now close the stove and give time to cool.
- Now after cooling, add one spoon of finely chopped green chilies, half a cup of finely chopped green coriander, half a cup of finely chopped cheese and half a cup of mozzarella cheese and mix well.
- Now take a medium-sized piece of flour and roll it to the size of a medium-sized loaf with the help of a rolling pin.
- Now place a small portion of the prepared shredded chicken in the middle of this Bread and make a patty by turning it from the sides.
- Now gently roll it by rolling it twice. And then trace the fingers on it and then spread a spoonful of milk on this naan and sprinkle white sesame seeds on it.
- Now spread some dry flour on a plastic tray and then place the naan on it and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, take it out of the oven and arrange it on a tray.
