Chicken wings (1⁄2 kg)
Salt (to taste)
Red chilli powder (1 tsp)
Garlic powder (1 tsp)
Ginger powder (1 tsp)
All purpose flour (3 tbsp)
Corn flour (3 tbsp)
Cooking oil (2 tbsp)
Garlic chopped (1 tbsp)
Chilli sauce (2 tbsp)
Tomato sauce (2 tbsp)
Soy sauce (1 tbsp)
Sugar (1 tsp)
Sesame seeds (1⁄2 tsp)
Composition
- First, take a bowl, add half a kilo of chicken wings, salt as required, one teaspoon of red chili powder, one teaspoon of garlic powder, and one teaspoon of ginger powder and after mixing them all well. Leave for 20 minutes marination.
- Now take a bowl, add three tablespoons of corn flour and three tablespoons of corn flour in it and mix well. And then marinate the wings, then apply flour and corn flour well.
- Now fry all the wings on medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
- After that, take them all out in a plate and let it cool.
- After cooling, fry them again for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now take a pan, take two tablespoons of cooking oil and one tablespoon of chopped garlic in it and saute it for a minute.
- Now you can add two tablespoons of chilli sauce, two tablespoons of tomato sauce, one teaspoon of soy sauce, and salt according to your taste.
- Now let them all cook for two to three minutes.
- Now add the fried wings to this pan and saute for two minutes and sprinkle sesame seeds on it and take out on a plate.
- Now take out our recipe on a ready plate and eat it with pleasure.
