Composition
- First, take an onion and cut it into dice, take a hundred grams of capsicum, then cut it into batonnet.
- Take 4 green chillies and cut them into julienne.
- Now take twenty grams of ginger and cut it julienne.
- Now take three hundred grams of boneless chicken and slice it.
- Now take a bowl, add chicken 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt and one egg white and mix well.
