They enjoy each other and, in this way, relationships are also strengthened. I have brought one such special dinner for you today is Anda Kofta Curry.
Ingredients
Beef mince ( 1 Kg )
Chilli flakes ( 2 tsp )
Dry fenugreek ( 4 tsp )
Black pepper ( 2 tsp )
coriander powder ( 1 tsp )
Salt ( to taste )
Eggs ( 4 Eggs )
Onion ( 1 piece)
Lhasa paste ( 1 tbsp )
Ginger paste ( 1 tbsp )
Tomatoes ( 3 pieces)
White cumin seeds ( 1 tbsp )
Black pepper ( 1 tbsp )
Turmeric ( 1 tbsp )
Red Chili ( half tbsp )
Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
- Grind 4 table spoons of dried coriander, four table spoons of dry coriander, two table spoons of black pepper, two table spoons of salt with 1 kg of minced meat.
- Now make small koftas with the help of the grated mincemeat.
- Put three cups of oil in a pot and put it on the stove.
- Now add the koftas to the ghee and cook on low flame.
- After cooking at low flame for 20 minutes, separate them from the oil and take them out in a vessel.
- Our koftas are ready now. Let's move on to their masala.
- Take half a cup of ghee, add onion, ginger, garlic paste and cook for two to three minutes.
- Then add tomatoes, white cumin, black pepper, turmeric, red pepper, etc. and fry well.
- When it is fried well, add two cups of water and cover it. Cook for five to ten minutes and then take it down.
- On the other hand, put four eggs on the boil.
- Now add the boiled eggs and prepared koftas to this masala.
- Now put green coriander leaves in it and serve it
