Ingredients
Boneless chicken (half kg)

Ginger, garlic paste (1 tsp)

Black pepper powder (1 tsp)
Butter (4 tbsp)
For Gravy
Fried onions. (one cup)
Curd (one cup)
Cream. (half cup)
Green peppers . (4 numbers)
Black paper . . (1 tsp)
Salt (half tsp or to taste)
Ginger, garlic paste. . (1 tbsp)
Butter (100g)
Cooking oil (4 tbsp)
Green coriander
Composition
- First, take a bowl, add half a kilo of chicken mince, one spoon of black pepper, one spoon of salt, one spoon of ginger, garlic paste, one chopped onion, four green chilies and a little green coriander and mix them all well. Grind. You can also put one or two breads in the grind so that if there is water in the mince, it will dry out.
- Now take a tray, melt the butter in it and spread it all over the tray.
- Now, with the help of your hands, shape the kebab on the seekh and then remove the kebab from the seekh and keep it in a tray.
- Now place the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Now add a fried onion, 4 green chilies, a cup of curd, half a cup of cream and half a spoon of salt to the grind and take it out in a bowl.
- Now take a pan, take 100 grams of butter in it, melt it and at the same time add the paste prepare the gravy and cook well for two to three minutes.
- Now put the oven-prepared kebabs in this pan and enjoy them.

For naan dough
Ingredients
All purpose of flour (3 cup)
Sugar (1 tbsp)
Salt (1 tbsp)
Cooking oil (3 tbsp)
Yeast (1 tbsp)
White sesame
Instructions
- Now take three cups of flour in a bowl, add half a spoon of salt, two spoons of cooking oil and one spoon of yeast and mix it well.
- Now take a glass of lukewarm water and knead the naan dough with it until the dough becomes soft.
- Now cover the dough and leave it like this for ten minutes.
- Now take a piece of dough and, with the help of a rolling pin, roll it into a loaf size.
- Now apply some butter on it and also sprinkle with these white sesame seeds.
- Now put it in the pan, which is medium flame, and change its side for a minute and after a minute, take it out of the pan and keep it on a plate.
- Our tandoori naan is completely ready now. Enjoy it.
