Today's special recipe is Creamy Dahi Vada and Creamy Potato Cutlets at home, As you know,people make especially for themselves and their guests. My recipe is a little different but you guys will love it and, along with that, you can make delicious ropey potato cutlets for your guests.
Ingredients
Cream. (one cup)
Yogurt (2 cup)
Sugar (one tsp)
Cumin . (one tablespoon)
Chaat masala (2 tbsp)
Good. (one cup)
Onion. . (1 number)
Potatoes
(4 pieces)
White Chinese. (half cup)
Composition
- Take one cup of fresh cream in a bowl, add two cups of curd and one spoon of sugar and beat it well.
- Now put water into a pot and put the potatoes to the boil.
- Now take a glass of lukewarm water from a vessel and add the bhalis in it.
- Now, on the other hand, put water in a pot and put white rice in it to boil.
- Now take a bowl, put the boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas, a chopped onion and saffron in it.
- Drain the water well from the saffron. Now grind them all.
- Now after grinding, put it in a bowl with cream and beat it well.
- Now add two spoons of chaat masala to it and mix.
- Now sprinkle a spoonful of chaat masala on this bowl and keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Our creamy curd is completely ready now, put it on a plate and eat it with pleasure.

(For Potato Cutlets)
Ingredients
Potatoes (4 pieces)
Onion (1 pc)
Green chillies (2 pcs)
Cooking oil. (half cup)
Black pepper (1 tsp)
Red Chilli (1 tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Cream (3 tbsp)
Chaat masala (1 tbsp)
Mint (1 tbsp)
Egg. (2 numbers)
Rusk. . (three numbers)
Composition
- First, put water into a pot and put the vegetables in it to boil.
- When the potatoes are boiled, remove their skins and put them in a bowl. Now add one spoon of black pepper, finely chopped onion, two finely chopped green chilies, one spoon of red chili powder, one spoon of chaat Masala, one spoon of crushed mint and you can add salt according to your taste and mix them all well.
- Now add three spoons of cream to this bowl and mix well.
- Now make round tikkis with the help of your hands and place them on a tray.
- Now, beat the egg well in a bowl and put the grated rusk on a plate.
- Now take half a cup of cooking oil, in a pan and put it on medium heat.
- When the oil gets hot, take a tikki and put it in a bowl with an egg and then put the tikki on a plate with rusk and apply rusk well.
- Now fry it for three minutes and do the same for the rest of the tikkis.
- Now take it out on a plate and enjoy it with creamy yogurt.
