Spaghetti (200 grams)

Composition
- First of all, take a bowl with two hundred grams of minced beef, two chopped onions, one egg, three spoons of bread crumbs, half a teaspoon, black pepper and a quarter spoon of salt or you can add them according to your taste. Mix well.
- Now make walnut size meatballs and keep them in a tray.
- Now take a pan, add a tablespoon of cooking oil and a cup of butter in it, when the oil gets hot and the butter melts, fry the meatballs prepared in this pan.
- After a minute, change the sides of the meatballs and let them fry again.
- After frying the meatballs for three minutes, add a chopped onion, three minced garlic cloves, a quarter spoon of salt, a quarter spoon of black pepper, half a cup of garlic ketchup, two spoons of tomato puree, a teaspoon of hot spices and a cup of tea. Add a spoonful of chopped ginger and mixed.
- After two minutes, add half a cup of water and let it cook on low flame.
- On the other hand, take open water, put it in a pot and add one spoon of cooking oil and two hundred grams of spaghetti to it and let it boil.
- When the spaghetti is 90% cooked, drain the water and let it dry.
- Now put the spaghetti in the pan with the meatballs.
- Cover it for a minute.

Garlic Butter Roast Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken. (full piece)
Melted butter (100 g)
Garlic (3 tbsp grated)
Cooking oil (5 tbsp)
Chilli sauce (1 tbsp)
Vinegar (1 tbsp)
Chicken cube stock. (half puck)
Red chilli flakes (half tsp)
Salt. (to taste)
Garam masala (1 tsp)
Block pepper powder (half tsp)
Leamon (one)
Fresh coriander (chopped)
Composition
- First you have to take a whole sajji and wash it well.
- After washing it well, keep it for a while so that the water dries up on it.
- After drying, make a big cut on it so that when we roast, the chicken is not left raw.
- Now add two spoons of grated garlic, one spoon of soy sauce and one spoon of vinegar in a bowl and mix well.
- Now apply this paste well inside and outside the chicken and leave it like this for ten minutes.
- After ten minutes, take five spoons of cooking oil in each pan and fry the chicken in it for five minutes to six minutes on medium heat.
- After frying, take it out on a tray.
- Now add one hundred grams of butter, two spoons of chicken cube stock, one spoon of hot spices and half a spoon of red chilli flakes in a pan and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now you can add a finely chopped fresh coriander, half a spoon of black pepper and salt according to your taste and mix.
- Now apply this sauce well on the top and inside of the sajji and pour the rest over the chicken.
- Now bake the sajji in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Now our sajji is completely ready. After removing it from the oven, apply lemon juice to it and enjoy.
