That means chickpea rice, lentil rice, rice with peas, rice with chickpeas, but we have brought it for you. A very special kind of (rice dish) that everyone likes to eat; children, adults, everyone likes to eat. Yes, I have brought a for you people (special rice dish) ie Teh Wali Biryani.
Ingredients
Rice (half kg)
onion ( half kg )
Garlic (one clove)
tomato (Half Kg)
Green chillies ( 3 pieces)
Ginger paste ( 2 tbsp)
Biryani Masala ( 2 tbsp)
chili pepper (1 tbsp)
Turmeric (1 tbsp)
Salt (to taste)
Yogurt (1 cup)
Dried Coriander (1 tsp)
Chili flakes (1 tbsp)
plum (half foot)
yellow color (a pinch)
lemon (two pieces)
Instructions
- Take a cup of oli from a pot and lightly fry the onion in it.
- After two minutes, grind the ginger and garlic and add it.
- Then, after two minutes, add the chicken, tomatoes, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped lemons, biryani spices, red chillies, turmeric, salt, dry fenugreek seeds, chili flakes, curd, potatoes, etc. Fry the chicken well. take
- After cooking on medium heat for 20 minutes, remove it from the stove.
- On the other hand, grind the rice.
- Now put half of the boiled rice in a pot and spread it with the help of a spoon, i.e. make a teh.
- Now put half of the prepared chicken on this teh of rice.
- Now, in the same way, put the second layer of rice and put the remaining prepared chicken on it.
- Now put a pinch of yolk color in three spoons of water in a bowl and mix it well and then sprinkle it on the rice.
- After sprinkling, cover the pot and keep it on low flame for five minutes.
- After five minutes, remove it from the stove and mix well.
- Our Teh Wali Biryani is ready now.
