Today I have brought for you Palak Chicken Recipe. This is a vegetable dish full of flavour which our whole family eats with passion, I hope you will like it. So, let's go to our recipe now.
Ingredients
Chicken (1 kg)
tomato (two numbers)
Spinach (2 kg)
Black cardamom (3 numbers)
Onion (1 number)
Clove (5 numbers)
Garlic (1 Tbsp)
Cinnamon (4 numbers)
Ginger (1 Tbsp)
Black paper (6 numbers)
tomato (2 numbers)
Red chili powder ( 1 tbsp )
Turmeric powder ( 1 tbsp )
Salt ( to taste )
Instructions
- Finely chop two kilos of spinach and then wash it well.
- Take a pressure cooker and add four glasses of water or you can also add plain water to it, Now add the spinach and close the pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
- On the other hand, take a cup of ghee into a pot and brown the chopped onion in it and after browning, take it out on a plate.
- Now add six pieces of black pepper, five pieces of cloves, three pieces of black cardamom, four pieces of cinnamon and one kg of chicken in the same ghee and fry the chicken well.
- When the chicken turns brown, take it out on a plate.
- Now in the same ghee, add one spoon of red chilli powder, one spoon of chopped ginger, browned onion, one spoon of turmeric powder, two finely chopped tomatoes and one spoon of salt or you can add spices according to your taste. Fry the spices well.
- After frying for two to three minutes, add the browned chicken and then fry the chicken well for five to ten minutes.
- When the chicken is fried, add the boiled spinach to it, mix well and let it cook on medium flame for five minutes.
- Now our recipe is ready, put it on a plate and enjoy it with bread.
