Instructions
- Take half a kilo of chicken into a pot and add one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of chili sauce, one spoonful of vinegar, one spoonful of white chili powder, and salt to taste and leave it alone.
- Take a glass of water in a pot, add 450 grams of spaghetti and half a spoon of salt and boil it for 5 minutes.
- Now take three to four spoons of cooking oil into a pan and add the marinated chicken in it and fry it well.
- Fry it for four to five minutes on medium heat and then take it off.
- Take a bowl and add one cup of tomato ketchup, half a cup of chili garlic ketchup, oyster sauce, three spoons, two spoons of chili sauce, one spoon of soy sauce, one spoon of white chili powder, one spoon of red chili flakes, one spoon of black pepper powder and salt of your own. You can add according to taste. Now mix them all well.
- Now take three spoons of cooking oil, in a pot, add one cup of capsicum julienne, one cup of shredded cabbage, and one cup of carrot julienne, mix them all and cook for three minutes.
- Now take two spoons of cooking oil in a pan and put one slice of love and ten slices of garlic in it and cook for one or two minutes after adding sauteed veggies, boiled spaghetti, prepared chicken and cook for three to four minutes.
- After cooking for three to four minutes, add prepared chowmein sauce and cook for one minute.
- Now our Chicken Chowmein is completely ready, eat it with pleasure.
